How to Place a Custom Order

Look over our menu to get an idea of sizes, pricing, and flavors.

 

2. Fill Out Our Order Form

Click here and let us know of :

• Your event date

• Treats you’re interested in

• Quantity

• Theme or color palette

• Any inspiration photos

 

3. We Respond Within 24–48 Hours

We’ll confirm availability, pricing, and design options.
If we can create the design you have in mind, we’ll let you know.
If not, we’ll suggest alternatives that match your theme.

 

4. Pay Your Deposit (50% down)

What We CAN Do

We specialize in homemade, high-quality, beautifully flavored desserts:

• Buttercream cupcakes

• Mini cakes & simple custom cakes

• Cookies by the dozen

• Stuffed cookies

• Chocolate-dipped treats

• Sourdough Breads

• Seasonal items

• French macarons (coming soon)

Our style is clean, simple, charming, and heartfelt — not overly complex or sculpted.

 

What We May NOT Be Able to Do

To keep quality high and consistent, there are some limitations:

• We do not work with fondant-covered cakes

• Extremely detailed character cakes may not be possible

• Hyper-realistic sculpted designs are not offered

• Multi-tiered wedding cakes may be limited depending on design

• We follow Arizona Cottage Food laws, which limit certain fillings

But we can make beautiful buttercream cakes, thoughtful designs, themed colors, and detailed cookie decoration within our style.

 

Lead Time

We recommend placing custom orders:

• 1–2 weeks in advance for cupcakes, cookies, and mini cakes

• 2–3 weeks for custom cakes

• 3–5 weeks for holiday orders

• Rush orders may be possible depending on our schedule                                                                                                                                                     

 

Inspiration Photos

• Feel free to send photos of what you like — we will use them as inspiration, but we do not replicate designs exactly.
  This allows us to keep every dessert unique, homemade, and true to our style.

Pickup Details

 

Pickup Location

All treats are made fresh in our home kitchen and picked up at our designated location in San Tan Valley, AZ.
(Exact address is provided after your order is confirmed.)

 

Pickup Times

Pickup appointments are scheduled to make sure your order is fresh and ready for you.
We will work with you to choose a time that fits your schedule.

 

Late Pickup Policy

We understand things happen! If you need to adjust your pickup time, please let us know as soon as possible.
Orders not picked up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time may require rescheduling.

 

Payment Options

We currently accept:

• Cash

• Zelle

• Venmo (if preferred)

Payment instructions will be sent with your order confirmation.

 

Deposits

Certain orders require a deposit before we begin baking:

• Custom Cakes

• Large Quantities

• Holiday Orders

Deposits help secure your date and ingredients.
The remaining balance is due at pickup unless otherwise arranged.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

We put care and preparation into each order, so cancellations affect our schedule and supplies.
Our cancellation guidelines:

• 48 hours’ notice is required for standard orders

• 1 week notice for custom cakes

• Deposits are non-refundable once supplies have been purchased or work has begun

• If plans change due to emergencies, we do our best to work with you

We are a home bakery operating under Arizona Cottage Food Laws.
This means:

• All items are made in a home kitchen

• Our kitchen is not nut-free

• We do not guarantee allergen-free items

• Some items may contain:

  • Eggs
