1. How far in advance should I place my order?

• Cupcakes, cookies, and mini cakes: 1–2 weeks

• Custom cakes: 2–3 weeks

• Holiday orders: 3–5 weeks
  Last-minute orders may be possible depending on our schedule.

 

2. Do you require a deposit?

Yes. Custom and large orders require a 50% deposit to secure your date and ingredients.
Deposits are non-refundable once supplies are purchased or work has begun.

 

3. Do you deliver?

At this time, we offer pickup from our designated San Tan Valley location, and we will deliver within a 10-mile radius. 

 

4. Are you nut-free or allergen-free?

No.
Our kitchen may contain:

• Nuts

• Eggs

• Dairy

• Wheat

• Soy

We operate under Arizona Cottage Food Laws and cannot guarantee allergen-free items.

 

5. Do you replicate designs exactly?

We use inspiration photos, but we do not copy other bakers’ work exactly.
We stay true to our homemade style and create a unique design for you.

 

6. Do you work with fondant?

We do not specialize in fondant-covered cakes but can use fondant for enhancements.
We focus on buttercream-based designs and clean, simple decoration.

 

7. Can I order last-minute?

Sometimes!
If our schedule allows, we will do our best to help.
Last-minute orders may require limited flavor or design options.

 

8. What payment methods do you accept?

• Cash

• Zelle

• Venmo (if preferred)
   

9. Where do I pick up my order?

Pickup takes place at our designated location in San Tan Valley, AZ.
The exact address is provided once your order is confirmed.

 

10. How do I store my treats for freshness?

• Cupcakes: Best eaten within 1–2 days

• Cookies: Store airtight, up to 3–5 days

• Stuffed cookies: Warm 10 seconds for best texture

• Cakes: Refrigerate if not served the same day

• Cinnamon rolls: Microwave a few seconds before serving

 

11. Do you make wedding cakes?

We can accommodate small wedding cakes depending on the design.
Send an inspiration photo and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

 

12. What if I need to cancel?

Standard orders: 48 hours’ notice
Custom cakes: 1 week
Deposits are non-refundable, but we do our best to be understanding if emergencies arise.

 

13. Do you offer specialty diets?

At this time, we do not offer vegan, keto, or dairy-free desserts.
Macarons (coming soon) are naturally gluten-free.
